The residence is conveniently located near a great pub for food and drinks. We received a warm welcome from the owner of the residence. the Castlebaldwin Country Residence offers a fantastic setting close to various attractions and a welcoming atmosphere.

It's an overall clean property, VERY ENJOYABLE stay on a road trip. Convenient and perfect location if you wanna be close to a good drive from Sligo, and woodlands.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a short walk to the local pub and a quick drive to the Carrowkeel tombs, which had breathtaking views. we appreciated the laundry facilities provided during our stay.

The showers in the hotel were a bit noisy, but the water temperature and pressure were excellent. it would have been nice to have a few chairs in the bedroom for additional seating, other than just the bed.

I felt like a queen in the beautiful garden at the property. The full Irish breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially when enjoyed daily. Hilariously, the nearest airport is apparently in the middle of nowhere.

Oh, the horror of having to relax in a lovely garden and indulge in delicious breakfast every day. So inconvenient.
